UGT Service Center employs following forms of postwarranty services:
- Post-warranty service call – specialist of UGT visits the client and fixes the problem on the location. Under post-warranty terms the charges are calculated on hourly basis.
- Post-warranty service in UGT’s service center - after the thorough diagnostics of item brought to the UGT’s service center, the client is informed of the problem and expected charge for solving respective problem. Diagnostics of equipment in UGT’s Service Center is free of charge under post-warranty terms.
- Contract based post-warranty service – such service envisages forming of long-term agreement between UGT’s Service Center and the client. The agreement sets forth conditions according to which the client has the right to use engineers’ services on long-term basis.
UGT is an Authorized Service Center of HP and IBM in Georgia. The engineers of our service center are certified by IBM and HP, as well as other leading IT companies.
As per conditions set forth by UGT’s partners, our engineers constantly undergo qualification improvement courses thus enabling them to be constantly aware of all current technology novelties.
