Warranty service

UGT represents Authorized Service Center of HP and IBM in Georgia. The engineers of our service center are certified by IBM and HP, as well as many of the world’s other leading IT companies.

As per conditions set forth by UGT’s partners, our engineers constantly undergo qualification improvement courses. Thus, enabling them to be constantly aware of all current technology novelties.

UGT Service Center employs the following forms of warranty services:

·         Warranty Service Call – this service is predefined in the warranty terms for each equipment item. After receiving a service request, the engineer visits the site and checks the equipment on location. If possible the engineer fixes the problem on-site, or makes the decision to move the equipment item to the service center.

·         Fixing the equipment in UGT’s Service Center under the warranty terms  – such service does not envisage visit of the engineer to the site. As per warranty terms, the client brings the equipment item to the service center where it is fixed.

·         Replacement of equipment item under the warranty terms  – once an item under warranty is proven to have a damaged part, which can not be fixed, the part is ordered by the service center from the respective partner. Within one or two weeks the damaged part is replaced by the new one.
